The Franklin Fall Festival is a city-wide celebration of the season that is open to individuals of all ages. The festival is overseen by the Franklin Parks Deparement.

How to participate:


The festival is open to the public. Franklin Fall Festival parade entry forms are available through the Franklin Chamber of Commerce.
